Jessica Schaut

I’ve been with Merkle Response Management Group since 2007, beginning in the Quality and Implementation departments where I oversaw the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and assisted with our new client onboarding process. In 2011, I moved to our Account Management team, working directly with many of Merkle RMG's clients, and was later promoted to Assistant Manager of Client Services. I have served as the Exception Services Manager since 2015, assisting clients with back office work including direct key, reject letter generation and matching gift processing.
