I have been with Merkle Response since December 2006 where I started as a Quality Coordinator, overseeing the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) and SSAE16 certification processes. After my first year, I moved into Account Management where I worked to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients after the implementation phase.

Supporting worthy causes is at the heart of what we do here at Merkle RMG, and that’s one reason I love working here. That passion drives how we serve our nonprofit clients, but it extends to other aspects of our company as well. That’s what led me to introduce Merkle RMG to the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program.
