Hungry for Data? Our Benchmark Report is Pretty Filling!

When I first started at Merkle RMG in 2017, I was overwhelmed and amazed by the amount of transactions processed and the wealth of data captured.  Almost immediately, I realized that I needed to share this information with the nonprofit world.

So, I finally got my act together and put compiled Merkle RMG’s first Nonprofit Donation Processing Benchmark Report.  It’s been a long time in the making, and I am over the moon (and a little exhausted) that I am FINALLY sharing this report with our nonprofit community.

This first report covers all of 2018 – January to December –over 38.8 million transactions and $1.5 billion in donations.  Pretty impressive.  There is no comparison, no analysis nor any interpretation of data; it is strictly reporting the data transactions of the last year.  The report breaks out the data by quarter and by sector.

Moving forward, starting with the 2019 Q1 Report that is set to published in early May, this report will take a much deeper dive into transaction metrics –

  • Quarter-over-quarter comparison
  • Year-to-date performance
  • Sector analysis
  • Payment type analysis

I would love to hear from you – first impressions, feedback, gaps, all of it.  This report is a resource to benefit you, and I want to make sure we’re sharing the information you need.

I’m on Twitter @AmyBMerkleRMG and Instagram @AmyBMerkleRMG, so please send a message or shoot me an email if that’s easier  I look forward to hearing from you!
