Jim brought to Merkle Response a 25-year work history as a leader in Operations, Manufacturing, Production Management and Financial Analysis. Jim’s skill in project management and data analysis has led to the development of high-performance metrics maximizing quality and profits. His experience includes implementing and managing process improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Jim also has a background in LEAN manufacturing principles, accounting and cost controls that have benefited organizations such as Phoenix Color Corporation and Nestle Waters, NA. He holds a Bachelors’ Degree from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.
