Kent was named President of Merkle Response in 2020 and is responsible for the overall management and growth of the company. He joined Merkle Response in 2006 as the head of Client Services and played an integral part in establishing Merkle Response’s customer service strategy. In 2018 he moved into a sales role and was instrumental to the company’s tremendous growth in the three years prior to his promotion to President. In addition to his sales and client service experience, Kent has developed a strong understanding of Merkle Response’s operational processes including quality management and continuous improvement. Earlier in his career, Kent served as an executive with the Hyatt Hotel Corporation, where he focused on the general management of larger properties in major metropolitan areas. Kent earned a BA from Henderson State University, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.
