Lori joined the Merkle Response team as Vice President of Human Resources at the start of 2021 and is responsible for leading the People Strategy that aligns with and supports the overall business strategy. Lori has over 15 years of HR experience and brings with her extensive experience in leading organizational change, driving large scale growth, talent acquisition, leadership development and succession planning. She fosters a high-performance culture through collaboration, innovation, and inclusion to create business value. Prior to joining Merkle Response, Lori held a number of HR leadership and business partnering roles in the professional services, marketing, and hospitality industries. Lori is an active member of her local SHRM chapter and is a SHRM-SCP credential holder.
