HAGERSTOWN, Md. – March 10, 2016 – Merkle Response Management Group (Merkle RMG), a subsidiary of Merkle, a data-driven performance marketing agency and the nation’s largest privately held agency, has announced that its contract to provide contact center and fulfillment services to Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) has been renewed. The renewal was finalized in January of this year as Merkle RMG and PVA entered nearly a decade of partnership.
PVA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bettering veterans’ lives by providing education, job assistance and other resources. Merkle RMG handles calls and responds to email to the organization. This includes communications from donors seeking information about PVA’s programs, looking to update their contact information in PVA’s database and requesting literature or mailing labels. Merkle RMG handled over 34,000 inbound calls and more than 50,000 email messages for the organization in 2015. Merkle RMG also provides premium and information kit fulfillment and processes donations received at PVA’s Washington, D.C. headquarters.
