On May 29, Merkle RMG kicked off a project to expand and reconfigure these high-growth areas to support more staff and activity. But rather than broadening our facility footprint, we’re re-allocating our existing space to the areas that need it most — something we planned for when we bought the facility 11 years ago. This makes supporting our continued growth more sustainable and cost-effective.
As our resident IT wizard, Jim oversees security, connectivity, software applications and hardware, and facility/property management. We rely on him to ensure that our technology and infrastructure support Merkle RMG’s current operations, growth and emerging services.
Helping people is close to my heart, and I love working for a company that shares those values. Every year I lead efforts to organize a company-wide fundraiser benefitting two local nonprofits. And thanks to the support of my colleagues and Merkle RMG leadership, last week’s charity luncheon was the most successful one yet!
As exception services manager at Merkle RMG, I’m proud to be part of a corporate culture that supports its community year round. At Christmas, the company participates in the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program. Every summer, we hold a food drive to feed Maryland children who don’t have access to their schools’ free meal programs over summer break. And with fall fast approaching, we recently came together to help a local church collect school supplies for needy children throughout Washington County, Maryland, where our facility is located.

Today, I’m excited to introduce and welcome Amy Bobrick to Merkle RMG as our vice president of strategy. In this newly created role, Amy will lead our efforts to develop innovative back-end solutions that help nonprofits get maximum value from the interactions and data captured during donation processing.
At Merkle RMG, teamwork and cohesion are vital to making our processes seamless and efficient. Our company is all about strong relationships at every level — not only with our clients and their donors, but also among employees. As a manager in fulfillment and acknowledgement, I’ve found that engaging department staff in quarterly team-building exercises is a great way to strengthen our day-to-day relationships and productivity.
Our work at Merkle Response Management Group (RMG) is so much more than the daily operations of our response management services. It’s also about building partnerships and supporting nonprofits in their missions to do good. As an account manager, I’ve grown close relationships with my clients and have come to be truly invested in their causes. Recently, my work with one nonprofit led to the experience of a lifetime – a chance to take part in a mission trip to the Philippines with Operation Smile.
