Leadership
At Merkle RMG, teamwork and cohesion are vital to making our processes seamless and efficient. Our company is all about strong relationships at every level — not only with our clients and their donors, but also among employees. As a manager in fulfillment and acknowledgement, I’ve found that engaging department staff in quarterly team-building exercises is a great way to strengthen our day-to-day relationships and productivity.

Our work at Merkle Response Management Group (RMG) is so much more than the daily operations of our response management services. It’s also about building partnerships and supporting nonprofits in their missions to do good. As an account manager, I’ve grown close relationships with my clients and have come to be truly invested in their causes. Recently, my work with one nonprofit led to the experience of a lifetime – a chance to take part in a mission trip to the Philippines with Operation Smile.

As always, we’re committed to providing information and opportunities to help our employees make healthier life choices. We’re excited to add Yoga to our multi-faceted wellness program.

Over the last year, we’ve seen a number of noteworthy developments here at Merkle Response Management Group (RMG). 2016 marked a variety of milestones for our employees, clients, and Merkle RMG as a company. In this blog, we’d like to recap and reflect on the year’s highlights and successes.

Supporting worthy causes is at the heart of what we do here at Merkle RMG, and that’s one reason I love working here. That passion drives how we serve our nonprofit clients, but it extends to other aspects of our company as well. That’s what led me to introduce Merkle RMG to the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program.
The Program

Maryland Food Bank (MFB) became a Merkle Response Management Group (RMG) client in March 2015. Merkle RMG provides donation processing, data capture, exceptions handling, and acknowledgement printing and mailing in support of MFB’s direct mail fundraising program.

Recently, we partnered with a local expert to enhance our wellness offerings. Corinna Nelson is a personal trainer, life coach and owner of Zeal Fitness, a local business dedicated to wellness coaching. Twice a week, Corinna comes to Merkle RMG headquarters to lead free group exercise sessions and help employees address their individual fitness needs. In this blog, Corinna tells us about her role in Merkle RMG’s wellness initiative.

This blog goes inside the journey of my first marathon and an amazing opportunity I had to help raise money for The American Institute for Cancer Research.

We’re going to do something a bit different with this month’s blog. We’d like to take a look at Account Management, both from Merkle RMG’s perspective and from that of one of our clients, Operation Smile.

The start of a new year at Merkle RMG means that I can take a few moments to look back at the previous year and reflect on our accomplishments and the key members of our team who stood apart from the rest. This year there were many team members, across all of our departments, who gave 110% to our clients, our goals and our company. I am very proud of what they achieved. However, as is always the case, a few members of the team stood out from the rest and I’d like to showcase those individuals in this blog entry
